But, as someone who works in the trades, I find it important to show the customer you are happy to help even if it is an uncomfortable day in terms of weather or just having a hard day.

The staff at this location were friendly and quick with their service. They showed us the oil dipstick and it made me feel as though they were confident in the job they did. I did not feel upsold, but I was informed that my air filter may need to be changed and I felt like that was a legitimate suggestion. This experience was far better than the experience I have received at many other shops for oil changes. Some places tried to upsell me which I did not appreciate.
