The Valvoline staff members were informative about things that may come up with my vehicle as we approach winter. I wasn't asked to buy anything in that moment, but it was recommended that I keep an eye out and come back if needed. The computer system is also great at recognizing the car and it's potential hazards, recalls, and other warnings. I really felt like they paid attention to my whole vehicle, not just the oil and filter. I appreciate their ability to pay close attention to the details.
