First time at valvoline and honestly I felt like I was getting vip treatment!!!!! I went there to get my oil changed. I had a discount via Groupon (highly recommend). Everyone was so kind and not intimidating at all! Shout out to Kevin S., Elwood & Evyn! They will run a test on your car and will suggest what they think you need done, however, they were not salesy, or pushy at all! They were all very knowledgeable, very professional, and super efficient! They have a system and it definitely works! Great team effort! My oil change took 15 minutes or less, you're in and out! When you are all done with your service they all say bye and wave goodbye to you and tell you to have a safe drive! Thank you again Kevin S Elwood and Evyn!
