I had a really bad experience at this Valvoline location. I came in for a simple tire rotation and ended up leaving with a damaged lug stud. One of the workers, Brandon, was struggling to put the lug nuts back on and was using tremendous force trying to get them on, eventually damaging the threads on one of the studs. Meanwhile, another worker was working on the other side of my car and had no problem putting the lug nuts back on.
Brandon then told me to go buy a replacement lug nut and bring it back, so I did. When I returned, he told me he couldn’t put it on because the stud was damaged.
What bothers me the most is how careless Brandon was throughout the whole situation. Not only did he damage my lug stud, but he also allowed me to drive off without giving me any warnings, addressing the safety concerns, or offering any kind of solution. That’s extremely irresponsible, especially when you’re dealing with something that keeps the wheel secured to the car.
To make matters worse, they still charged me for the tire rotation. I came in expecting a simple service and ended up leaving with a damaged part that I now have to get fixed. The whole situation was frustrating and could’ve easily been avoided if more care had been taken.
I definitely won’t be bringing my car back to this Valvoline for a tire rotation or any other service again.

Prandon & John were the best. Super efficient, thorough, and explained everything I knew I already needed but wouldn’t have bothered to care about before. 10/10 - will be back when my car is actually due for an oil change instead of waiting a year!

Service was good. Had to drive back because they forgot to put engine top cover back on. And the price for an oil change was through the roof. 19.99 extra because my vehicle
Takes 6 quarts. 5.99 for coolant top
Off. Place used to be reasonable.
