Customer beware!! Went today for an oil change as I have many times before. This time what I got was hard sell on many extras and especially on a new battery, which they tried last time. They Show a graph detailing how weak it was, I went to my mechanic and he checked and it was fine and they tried the same graph this time. After getting home and looking at the bill I noticed charges for “extra oil” and “coolant fluid”, isn’t this part of an “oil change “? To top things off, the coupon THEY sent me was a day late and was not honored on a total bill of almost $200. They also installed a cabin air filter for $60 that cost $15 at a parts store. I’m done with this franchise.
