The young man that greeted me entered my information into the computer, who is very friendly knowledgeable, and willing to help me with questions and concerns. Waved in by Brandon or Brendon - not sure of name. Joe came over to the window and I found to be on the rude side - did not introduce, did not ask me if I had been there before, just said " oil change?" I said yes - then he said "Opening your door"- someone came in for an interview and he just walked away to him - introduced the other 2 worker as Brendon or Brandon (sorry don't remember which it was ) And then made a comment about the young man who was checking my engine as "my boyfriend, I think his name was Jack - he looked mortified at the comment Joe made. I found him to be rude and inappropriate - Brandon took over the computer and he and Jack were pleasant and professional . This is the 2nd time i have had a negative experience there - have been coming in for many years but 2 in a row is a bad record. Last experience was 2 different workers who I found to be rude, Never had experiences in the past like this - always found them to be professional and friendly before. will most likely change to another local store.

When replacing my wiper blades Eric broke the driver side transmission rod on the wiper itself and then proceeded to say he didn’t brake it. It was the motor for the blades even thought passengers side was working. Which I pointed out. He then tri red to convince me each side has its own motor m, which is incorrect. Anybody with any knowledge of cars would know that. $525. In damages and 4 days later still waiting up here what Valvoline plans to do. In meantime I have to find a way into work for the next 2 days because chance of rain and I can’t drive my car in the rain because of the damage.
