Can corporate office call me. I have an issue with the location using a longer over sized after market plug to stop a leak due to threads stripped from not using oem plug for this specific vehicle. What they did is a temporary fix, I want my o.e.m. plug and gasket installed and now the threads are cross threaded now that they used a aftermarket over sized plug. I jistbkeft location this is a temporary fix I was never asked or told I was getting a new drain plug March 11th. If I knew I would have refused. This time they replace and now I have a issue with leaks but prior service at same location in system shows inhave not had issues since this is the first time It happened right after a new aftermarket drain plug was installed. Not happy with them also pouring oil iut after 250miles of driving and pouring back in from a jug I have no clue if its clean or not. Very disappointing and I feel bad the manager Brandon seems nice but I own a few cars and this truck is my daily and im not happy with whats been done these past 2 visits.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This establishment needs to be Recognized by the higher ups. Today this place was packed and the only thing I could see was l team work, efficiency, and professionalism by the entire staff. I had a couple questions about my vehicle and the Manager Brandon helped me out tremendously. Excellent job
