Took my work truck here for an oil change. First I was disappointed that Enterprise Fleet would not change my cabin air filter. Apparently they don't care about the health of the people that drive their vehicles. It's also possible they just didn't have the filter. After this the technicians at this site rushed me out and said they checked all my tires and took care of everything. I told them that the right side tires don't seem like anyone had touched them and they assured me that they were taken care of. I drove home to find they hadn't been even opened as it is snowing in New England and there was salt completely covering the right side valve covers. I'll take mediocre service, just don't lie to my face.

Went in for a battery change that turned into a real hassle because of how the manufacturer located the battery beneath one of the seats. Henderson, George, and Johan were awesome. Really nice guys. I've been to this location a number of times before and will never go anywhere else.
