The first contact with an employee was a thank you for choosing us today. That made a difference. When I pulled in the service person said hello and started the process of the oil change. He pulled out the air filter which obviously needed changing so I added that to the oil change. All went well the rest of the way until I left happy with my car serviced and ready for another 6000 miles.
