The staff in Westerly, RI were amazing! They were all professional, knowledgeable and eager to assist. When I went to pay on my debit card it turned out my bank had blocked the card due to fraud. I was very embarrassed since I thought the staff would think I was trying to not pay. They allowed me the time to phone my bank to clear the situation up and never made me feel rushed. Moving forward I will only be receiving my oil change from the Valvoline in Westerly, RI Kudos to upper management for placing value on staff training.
