I usually like going to Valvoline but this was not a good visit. While pulling in I had to correct my angle and reversed in order to do so. The service member laughed and said to another customer “oh, she’s backing up now”. Then as I pulled forward he yelled at me to stop in a very aggressive way. He continued to be short with me throughout the visit with me giving him zero reason to do so. He proceeded to struggle to replace my rear window wiper until he was assisted by another service member. He is the assistant manager. The other service member performed her job well and was respectful.
