We thought our a/c needed to be charged since it was taking a long time for it to start blowing cold air. After the car was serviced I drove it around town for quite a while, but the a/c never did kick in, just kept blowing out warm air. I stopped back in at Valvoline and told them what was happening and they have me a few suggestions of what the issue might be; obviously the problem wasn't that it just needed to be charged. They assured me the car did pass the a/c test. Before I had it charged the a/c was working sometimes; but ever since I had it charged the a/c hasn't blown out any cold air whatsoever, even after running it for a long time. I am not blaming Valvoline for this, but I do find it interesting that this happened after I stopped by there. I will continue to go there for oil changes because they always do a great job and I always get some kind of discount. The staff was very nice and helpful, I have no complaints about them.

Very professional and walked me through the process. One of the reasons I chose Valvoline because it would be reported to Carfax. Today's visit was reported to Carfax but the milage was not reported and I cannot edit that information on my Carfax report. That part was disappointing.

OK for starters I was the store manager at this same store for 2 years we provided excellent service I did not receive good service overall they did not check my fluids they did not set the tire pressure in my tires they did not verify my oil level or check my transmission fluid I use this store because I have a good friend that works there an was there when I was manager but he was off today the topside tech was showing the manager on duty his Spotify play list no topside seconds after they zoomed didn't call oil pressure either very disappointed
