The service was okay. The CSR in charge that day
a very unprofessional attitude. It appeared that he was having a problem with the young man that actually did the oil change. He was very dismissive about our entire encounter.
The young man that did the oil change was very pleasant and he answered a few questions that I asked, but the CSR seemed to have a problem with him doing that and also made the statement that it he needed to hurry up because it had been working on our oil change long enough.
All the bays were full, but clearly he was having a really BAD DAY!

I visited this Valvoline location today and was honestly shocked by the behavior of the manager, Dom. He was openly rude and verbally abusive to his employees right in front of multiple customers, including me. It created a really uncomfortable and hostile environment, and it was completely uncalled for.
No customer should have to witness that, and no employee should be spoken to that way. I hope upper management, I believe his name is Nick, addresses this, because the rest of the staff was doing their best despite how they were being treated.
I will be returning to get my services done by the friendly faces at Mobil 1 next door. I recommend you do the same :)
