Went in for a radiator flush because my car was burning through coolant. Kallen immediately found a leak in a hose coming from the reservoir (a leak a previous place missed) and after gently testing the connection, it broke off (not his fault, it was that dry rotted)! I was stuck there with the place about to close. He and his associate went above and beyond to try to Jerry rig it without success. They helped me push the car into a spot to keep overnight. Fortunately I found the hose and was able to fix it the next day to drive back home. Their professionalism and willingness to help was so evident. I’d trust them with work on my vehicle going forward.
