Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I love how they do an all points check. They even check your air filter! I didn’t even know where or that I had one on my previous vehicle and was able to purchase a new one later on. On that vehicle when putting a piece back on after checking the air filter, it wasn’t put in correctly. However, when I came back by, they fixed it and apologized. The manager even gave me a discount for the next oil change. In other words, when they make a mistake they fix it and that’s something I can and will always appreciate. This time when asked if I’d like to change it out for a new one, I declined until my next visit or when I could pop by later. They were very understanding and did not push. I was concerned about my brakes during this visit and when I asked, they were able to check them and answered all my questions. They even gave me recommendations about where to go to get my brakes done because I wasn’t sure. They also allow me to stop by and have them check my oil even if they don’t change it and have not ever charged me. I also love how friendly and professional they are. I pay a little more when I come here versus where I use to go but I feel that every extra dollar is definitely well spent. (I’m not someone who knows a lot about cars; can you tell?😉) I will probably never go anywhere else to get the oil changed on my car that’s how amazing Valvoline is. Lastly, did I mention that they don’t take long to change your oil? Yet another reason to love Vavoline Instant Oil Change!!
