Proceed with Caution. My skid plate was not secured properly after service at this location. I had to be towed off I-85 in Atlanta due to it being the front screws as I could not safely get off the interstate without further damage to my vehicle. Spoke with the Manager who didn't seem concerned even after pointing out that another customer posted a similar review about their skid plate not being secured as well.

Was disappointed with service (1.14.25 ) when my skid plate came loose and almost fell off when I was on I-485. I had to drive slow to a nearby service shop in North Charlotte to get fixed. Cost extra money and lost time from work!

Went to ask if they can check my tire pressure (found out I had a nail!). Cody- give this man a raise. Very professional, explained everything to the T. I always have a good experience when I come to this location, but Cody really impressed me that day. Whoever is the manager is doing a great job.
