They vacuum out the old oil instead of using the drain plug, helping to prevent accidental stripping of the plug. Normally you only find this at better dealerships. A good experience. I will go back.

Just got my oil changed. The guy on the register had a little attitude. Seems like he had an issue with the fact that I brought my own oil and filter. He was talking to himself and the guy changing the oil about it. Then he just "happened" to get a phone call from someone asking about bringing their own oil. His mannerisms never gave a friendly vibe. They way he just stuck his hands out for the oil and filter like I don't wanna be here give me your stuff. Should've just stayed home. Had the guy not already started draining i would've just left and went some where else. 👎🏽
