STEVE is a professional! He was not only taking time to train his staff on CSR processes but he got in the pit and rolled up his sleeves because the previous folks who worked on my truck had over-torqued the oil cylinder. It was a distinct pleasure to have him and his team of Alex and Allen work on my truck, I will be back. Steve is a consummate professional!
