It was difficult to hear what the guy was telling me as it relates to the price and etc. I've been here before and another gentleman was clear and didn't hide any prices as he turned the screen to me and etc. I knew the full estimated price of services before the team started with the oil change. This time, I saw eighty-something dollars but ended up paying over $90. I just didn't realize the price of oil changed increased since my most recent visit to this same exact shop. Lastly, the document indicated that the oil service indicator light was reset and this was not true. I will have to look this up to see how to do it. This was done the last time although it wasn't set right because we were never notified that the oil change was needed. I'm grateful that Valvoline places a sticker there with the miles and date. Everything else was SUPER GREAT which is why I would return and recommend others to come here. I want to consider another service being done here also.
