Very nice staff and fast service.

When I called in, I asked the automated system if free top offs were available and it said yes. I then tried to get through to an associate to find out if this was accurate before I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get it done, but they have the phones cut off. I called about five more times trying to get through While on the way and it kept saying an associate wasn’t available and did not even ring I arrive and there’s one car in the bay. And then I’m told it’s not free for top offs. Now I would understand having the phones cut off if it were busy, but it wasn’t. The first time I ever got an oil change here at a different location, ( I’ve literally never been to this location. This is just near my job.) I was told that free top offs were available Which is the only reason I started getting my oil changed here. So you’re out here charging people $100 for an oil change and not offering that service along with it that’s insane. I’m pretty sure like 70% of the population can change their own oil and I will definitely be doing that or having my mechanic do it next time. And the district manager or whatever telling me that the reason their other store manager isn’t there Anymore because of the fact that they were giving people free top off tells me everything I need to know about what kind of manager they are. That means you’re not for the customer. Definitely will never be back and to think that I was just out here raving about the great service at the garners ferry, location and telling people definitely go there to get your oil changed. I really like them is crazy.

The staff was professional. Very cordial and attentive to what I asked for.
