CRS: Timothy explained everything clearly. Because i had a bad experience at another facility, he assured me that he would not be making the mistake and walked me thru the process. The other gentleman greeted me with a smile, and he also explained what he was doing. They did a great job within 20 mins.

The store was out of the oil I usually get and provided a different oil. I was told there was no difference in the oil, even though it was a different kind of oil. The store was also out of air filters for my vehicle.

They only changed the oil and filter. Which I will check later. On my invoice it says the battery was checked along with the tire pressure washer fluid coolant along with other items that were not checked. I know because my tire pressure was 32 psi and the paper says 35. there was no washer fluid in the reservoir upon arrival and departure. Also the coolant level was a little low. Some should have been added. Although I had replaced the air filters a week prior none were taken out and checked. They didnu2019t check the wipers and it was raining.
