Oil dripped when taking the hose out and the oil was left on the motor. Hood support rod was not returned to the clip like it was supposed to be, it was laying on top of the valve cover. When they checked the air pressure in my tires, I asked them to make sure to put my silver valve stem caps back on (I'm missing 2 from the passenger side). Can't ever get anyone on the phone, just a recording saying no one is available.

Oil was spilled on engine, and though cleaned, no comment was made to expect the smell of burning oil.
