Survey Comment: I have been going since they opened and the staff are so kind and always do great work. John and **Katie** the other female manager, I'm blanking on her name, are incredible. I never have to worry about their job and the whole staff are quick, efficient, and trustworthy. 10 out of 10 I always send everyone I know there. They are the greatest! Good job hiring!

Absolutely terrible experience.
My mom went here today and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes just to leave with no service at all. First a guy comes out, asks what she needs, and tells her it’ll be about a 30-minute wait. She even asked, “You close at 5—are you sure I’ll still get taken care of?” and he tells her, “Don’t worry, you’re in line.”
Well, turns out that was a lie.
After she sat there forever, someone else comes out and says they’re done for the day and can’t help her. Why make her wait that long if you knew you weren’t going to serve everyone? Total waste of her time and gas.
Super unprofessional, completely disorganized, and honestly just a disappointing experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
