I am a relatively new car owner and this was my second oil change experience. The last time I went to a different vendor and the technicians were not very friendly and were having trouble using the computer software at check in. It took an hour before they even moved my car into the bay, and 2 more hours to complete the oil change. I had been dreading getting my next oil change, but my experience at Valvoline was so opposite to that that I was genuinely surprised and amazed at how quick, simple, and painless an oil change could be.
