I cannot thank the team at this Valvoline location enough for quite literally saving my car and my day! I had just gotten an oil change at a dealership two hours away, and by the time I made it back to Myrtle Beach, my car had developed a massive oil leak because the dealership forgot the gasket ring on the filter housing.
I pulled into Valvoline stressed out and in an emergency situation, and the crew—Anthony, Antonio, and Carl—were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, fast, professional, and went completely above and beyond. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, do a super fast oil change, and replace the missing parts, but they even got on the phone directly with the dealership manager to explain exactly what went wrong so I could get it resolved.
Huge shoutout to the manager, Terrell, and the entire team working that afternoon. They turned a nightmare situation into a seamless, stress-free experience. If you want fast, honest, and expert service from a crew that genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend! Again huge THANK YOU to guys that worked 2026 June 5th.
