I got there before they opened, but Austin immediately came out and greeted me and we talked about what service I would need. That impressed me immediately. Austin explained everything and was super courteous and friendly. John mainly did the work under the hood and he was very nice and did a quick but thorough job. It's not every day that you get such nice and kind service. When they were all through Austin explained everything to me and I just loved his personality. Every manager should be so great!

The staff is always very friendly and willing to help! Since it was a very busy pre-4th of July, the 3rd; the young man that appeared to be the manager stepped out of the bay and asked me, while I was in line, if I only needed an oil change or was there something else that I needed. He acknowledged the wait but let me know they knew I was there. (this was so polite, because rarely does the customer even receive eye contact these days!) The gentleman that changed my oil discovered that my wife had run over something that had wrapped around the front wheel axil and had a large amount of grease on it. This could have been a serious matter if not discovered by your wonderful and conscientious employees! Thank you to the entire team!
