I have my 2018 BMW X5's oil changed exclusively at this location since I started bring my BMW here two years ago. I was told today that the "owner" no longer performs oil changes on foreign cars, especially BMWs....because of lawsuits? WTH! I saw two BMWs in the bay this past weekend?

I was originally quoted $15 for a single headlight bulb replacement, but upon completion of service, the price shot up to $35 for just one bulb. I asked if I could return/refund the bulb and just bring my own because they're $19 for a single or $35 for BOTH at advanced auto parts. They claimed they could not take the bulb back nor refund me for it. Very irritating experience. Lesson learned. Don't trust their quotes; you're better off buying your products and bringing them in to be serviced 9 times out of 10.
Update: in response to the social media representative... offering a discount on a future oil change, in which I continue to give you more money, is not "resolving the issue". Especially when you all always offer a "discount" on that service in the first place.
