States they reset oil service light and they did not. States they checked transmission fluid but did not. I know this because they never offered to reset my oil service light and it's a sealed transmission. I also now have a rattle at low speeds occurring near the cabin that wasnt present before this interaction. It is not ok to lie and claim something was done when it wasn't or couldn't be done. I ask for honesty. How certain can I be that everything was done correctly when two lies were already told. This is not ok. Your service member lied on the report to you and me. I expect something to be done about this. I choose valvoline as a trusted service center now I have to rethink that decision.
