I took my truck to Valvoline for a routine service and left with a damaged fuel system. After their work, my fuel line and fuel filter housing began leaking. The truck eventually went into limp mode and broke down just minutes from their shop, leaving me stranded and requiring a tow truck.
When I approached management about the issue, they refused to take responsibility, claiming that because the leak was not immediately visible when the service was completed, they could not verify that they caused the damage. This was despite the fact that the problems appeared directly after their service and resulted in my vehicle becoming inoperable.
As a result, I now have to pay for towing, a certified diesel technician, replacement parts, and the time I’ve spent diagnosing and dealing with the problem. I’ve also missed appointments and meetings because my truck was out of service.
What disappointed me most was Valvoline’s response. Rather than working with me to resolve the issue, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy with their decision, I could take them to court or file a complaint.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. Customers deserve accountability when damage occurs during service.

I love my Valvoline Oil Change Center and would never go anywhere else!!! It changed locations and brought all of the employees to a new location. I'm so thankful that a company cares to keep it's associates. Lauren, Donnie, and Val are soooooo welcoming and polite!!! I love how I get treated and would invite others to see why it's so great to go there!!! Thanks y'all!!!!
