We recently took our car in for an oil change. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted. The whole team wasbeally efficient and gave great service. We had a conversation with a couple of them and they are quite the characters. Made our day to see young men having a good time while working.

I was greeted as soon as I arrived by the store manager. He was very pleasant and made sure I knew what my wait time would be, which was not long at all. As I had my oil change we chatted about what maintenance was due on my vehicle but he did not pressure me to have it done today or by the shop. He was informing me of what was recommended. I frequent this shop for my oil changes because I never wait long, the staff is friendly and professional

Although we had a problem with a cracked filter housing that they did i still give them my business simply because we can set in the car and watch as they do their work. Don't bother calling their headquarters in Kentucky because they denied the claim I told them about. Sad that they didn't stand behind their work.
