They took the time to answer any questions. One small downside, the chairs in the waiting room were terrible. They compress your back on the sides when you lean back. As though the back support is made for a child. Also no paper towel in the restroom.

Well for starters, not mumbling would be great. The technician made me felt like I was disturbing him while he was sitting around back on a milk crate. I then had my check engine light come on after the change, I asked for help and was given some serious attitude from the tech telling me that it must've been there before and I must've done it, that they only knew oil and couldn't help me with this. Its a new car, there were NO issues before and now instead of just a nice and quick oil change I have to take my car to the mechanic. Thanks guys!

Team members did not provide any of the services that comes with an oil change. They did not check my tires and put air in them nor top off any of my fluids. I had to tell them to do it and they finally put air in my tires and claimed they topped off my fluids when they didnu2019t.
