I use to live close to this location and it was my go to. I always do my oil change and tire rotation at the same time. Well, I’ve since moved to Greenville, and it seems all the locations here with a lift always say it is broken or “we aren’t doing that today” which is frustrating to hear every time I call ahead. I decided to call my old location on Reidville road to ask the same questions. I was met with a friendly “Yeah, sure! Of course we’d be glad to do both.” So I made the 40min drive down and they were immediately professional, helpful and kind. Everyone was friendly and communicative. I’ve decided at this point I’ll continue to make that drive when it’s time for my oil change and tire rotation. The customer service is top notch and they seem to always be reliable.
