Diego was very helpful this morning along with a young lady, but I did not catch her name. I came to the location in sort of a panic because I did not have much oil in my car, but I knew that it wasn't time for an oil change. He immediately pulled me in, looked under the truck and confirmed that I have a leak and that it is most likely that I need a valve cover gasket. Both Diego and the young lady chatted with me about it, showed me evidence of a leak and even gave mechanic suggestions. This was a great experience and the kind customer service definitely calmed my nerves!
