I felt my situation was pushed away onto another automotive shop. I visited 12/30/2024 for a routine oil change. I paid and left. I returned 1/16/2025 with concerns of an oil leak. They checked and said it’s possibly pan gasket leak or rear main seal leak. They said they were not going to drain all of the oil and check further. I was directed to an automotive repair shop. I went to said auto shop and the manager there told me Valvoline sends him customers all of the time citing reasons of an oil leak when 95% of the time it was an overlook or mistake on Valvolines end.
