Had a customer of ours come in with a massive oil leak after getting their oil changed at this Valvoline. Found they siliconed the filter on and it was barely tight. Come on guys, be better than that. This business is already tough. Don't give the rest of us mechanics a bad reputation with your shotty work.

It was the first time my 16 year old daughter needed an oil change. I went along with her incase she had questions. The staff did a great job breaking down their questions so I didn’t need to explain it to her. They were patient as she made decisions about her car and had it completed timely.
