Javen was super helpful in helping me decide if I needed to replace my filters or if they could wait until next time. He also suggested I go to the Valvoline website for a $10 off coupon which no one has ever mentioned to me before so I thought that was especially kind of him to mention! I didn't feel any pressure to upgrade oil or fix other things and as a woman that means ALOT! I was just very impressed with his customer service, overall attitude and I felt listened to and not talked down to ( which has happened at many other shops in the past!) It's important not to make women feel stupid even if they don't really know the answer and want your opinion and Javen was honest and not just out to get the most $ out of all customers possible. I will be back thanks to this gentleman!

We were traveling from Texas. Stopped and got an oil change. Left Valvoline and drove 10 miles. Stopped to get gas. Noticed car was leaking oil . Drove back to Valvoline with the car smoking down the highway. They didnu2019t seal it properly and we lost 3 quarts of oil. If we hadnu2019t noticed, we would have been broken down on the highway with a burned up engine.
