They where awesome, they where professional and I got all my service done for the oil change.Was going to get A/C, but the tool was being used at the time, I waited for awhile,and decided to return another day, they where very polite and understanding and explained to me that the tool will be ready to use in a few minutes, but I realized that I needed to get going, so they told me they will give me a discount on A/C my next visit, because time is money he said ,and they put the discount into the computer system, they are awesome, please reward the group that helped me. I will be returning and getting my service done here again.Thank You,Your service is the best service I had ever experienced for servicing my car.

The manager was willing to honor a previous promise from the one before letting me use my 15 off and a 20 percent off I received because my previous pull change took a very long time leaving me late and ultimately missing a medical appointment. I always get great service at the Arrowhead/10th St location. Brandon as a manager is fantastic. This time the staff was friendly and helpful but the only face I recognized was Brandon's. I didn't receive the same greeting as I did on previous visits. I believe a lot of the staff was new. Still great service, still friendly and I will always return to as long as Brandon's managing. I've been to other locations and I just don't get the same customer service as I do at the Arrowhead/10th St location. Kudos to all the staff!
