I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided. Your staff created a grave error. Instead of draining the engine oil, the transfer case fulid was drained. Then, they filled the engine with oil, thinking that they drained the engine oil, and double filled it. After filling the engine oil, they had my daughter start the car multiple times, which may have ruined the engine. PLUS it had NO transfer case fluid! After the car was towed to the Audi dealership and my daughter wasn't provided with a rental vehicle, until I got upset. Now, because she's under 25 (22 to be accurate) she can't rent a car. Lastly, the Regional Manager, who is supposed to be handling this disaster, keeps making insulting comments about the Audi dealer, trying to get me to only rent a cheap car, and clearly doesn't understand the gravity of the situation. This situation is a complete failure from top to bottom and still not resolved. Lastly, this is the 3rd situation this franchise has created and the Audi dealer has had to solve in the last several weeks.
