One technician very nicely asked me to switch to a different bay than I was lined up for and I told him u2018no problemu2019 and he said u2018thanks for understanding.u2019 Throughout the rest of the visit the employees were arguing about different things loudly and inappropriately in front of customers. The CSR did not act like he wanted to be there at all. On the u2018maintenance checks,u2019 he marked that the tire pressure was checked and even falsely entered tire pressure of 35 (my tire psi is 32). They absolutely did not check the tire pressure. He also entered u2018resetu2019 for oil service indicator light which he also did not do nor address. I did that myself after leaving. It makes me wonder what else he just checked off without actually doing.

The staff seemed unfamiliar with some functions of the job , confusing information concerning the price of the oil change , told me it would be 70.99 turned out it was 83.00 , they failed to mentioned I needed an extra quart of oil until it was done, attempting to put in fluids without asking if I wanted them to , I said initial I did not want anything but an oil change , they tried to install a new air filter , even though I did not request one, so I will not be going there again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We had tried to have the oil changed earlier in the month, but they were unable due flooding to get their shipment of oil in. They assured us they could get us in the next week. I wasn't able to get in the next week, but when I finally had time, I was able to go right in and they quickly were able to service the car and put me on my way.
