The oil change was 1.5 hours long. They had a hard time putting my filter in then didn't know how to reset the oil change reminder. Was looking at youtube videos right next to me and then sent me on to fix it on my own after spending $120 on an oil change. Ridiculous. So now I have to fix it on my own time. I went to u for a reason bc I didn't want to do it. Rolls eyes.

Paid extra for rear blinker light to be installed. As soon as I turned out of the parking lot my blinker was double clicking at me again, but I had a 3 month old baby and a kid with strep to get to the doctors so I couldn't turn around. I came back later that afternoon and told the guy it was not working. He said that they confirmed it was working and that it must be a wiring issue and we cant fix that you will need to see a mechanic. He said we can try to put one in again, but I would hate to keep having to charge you $15 and you'll have to wait 30 minutes till these cars are done. I left. Went to the auto parts store. Bought a new pack of lights for another $10. And had my husband install it that evening. Took him 5 minutes and he shook and showed me the one that was Installed that rattled inside. I used to go to oil stop on the west coast and this place looked similar so I thought I would give it a try. Never again. The incompetence and gaslighting behavior left me disgusted.

I was getting my oil and transmission fluid changed... the oil change was fine, but when they went to change the transmission fluid, the broke the transmission dip stick!! So then they were unable to check the fluid and pressure level on transmission fluid. Assured me the parts store down the road would have a dip stick. Which they did not. I can't find one any where. I feel like since valvoline employee broke the dips stick ,they should be responsible for replacing it.
