They seemed to not have communication among the techs working on my truck. They set up to do evac which I didnu2019t want. The manager explained how it was better, once I agreed they couldnu2019t get the evac to work so they had to pull the plug anyway

The overall oil change experience was great. My issue was only with the price of the in cabin air filter that was $60 dollars. I didn't ask the price when he installed which was on me, but I didn't fathom being charged that much when they cost around $10 dollars in stores. I didn't say anything after because the staff was so friendly and the service had already been done. If I return, I will be sure to only ever get a oil change just in case other services may be marked up...

When I arrived I was third car in line, both lanes had 3 cars. When another lane is going faster than the other they usually move you when others come after you, no one came to great us till we have already been there for 35 min. It was the manager on duty. We were there for 1hr15min.
