This was the FASTEST service I've ever had at this valvoline and I usually only get on oil change, whereas today I got an oil change and a tire rotation. The crew had the oil change done in no more than 10-12 minutes and it only took them a few more minutes to complete the tire rotation. I was very pleased to see them finishing the lugs with a torque wrench versus driving them all the way with an impact. Good job!

The air compressor did not seem to be working as I was listening to the staff talk about it and how they struggled to fill the previous vehicles tires. They never told me it wasn’t working or that they didn’t fill my tires but they never did and never said that they didn’t. I would have liked to have at least known that they didn’t even check them. They did ask if I wanted it to 35 when I pulled in but never filled them or told me otherwise.

We both had a $25 off coupon, but because both cars are listed as belonging to me, the computer said we couldn't use both coupons. This was immediately corrected. I really appreciate your service.
