Luckily I overheard a conversation between the tech and the CSA and I asked about the oil they used because although previously I got 0w-20, my oil cap says 0w-20, and the manufacturer recommendation is 0w-20 they assumed it would be fine to put 5w-20 in there and were a little hesitant when I asked them to drain the wrong oil and replace with the correct. I am now extremely nervous about the warranty on my engine shall I have an issue arise. Also, in the heat of the summer I believe the waiting room should be offered up front so women with small children don't feel like they have to make the child suffer in the heat.

Quoted 24.95 for an air filter, but actually charged 39.95 for it. Also, I understand charging more for synthetic oil, but not that much more. The labor is the same, and the difference in the price of the oil doesn't justify the upcharge. I'm driving an Acura, but a 17 year old Acura that requires synthetic. Your upcharge for synthetic is designed to grab a few more bucks from folks that can afford it, and I resent that. Purchasers of your premium oil do not get the same value for a dollar that regular oil users do. My real issue here is that I really couldn't afford to bring my car in, but I did because it had to be done. Then I agonized over spending the extra $24.95 for an air filter, and decided to do it - then was overcharged.
