I've been a faithful Valvoline customer since I got my 2023 Jeep Grande Cherokee....today I was informed by Valvoline during a routine oil change that the filter was stuck and stripped, and they could not repair it. I bring it to Jeep Chrysler Wolfchase and over $1800 later the entire housing system for the filter has to be replaced because its stripped so badly, and wont come off. The manager took no response the damage and was very nonchalant about it. Expensive lesson learned to always use the dealership for my oil changes going forward. Its worth the cost to protect my investment.
