The issue was and this is a suggestion that the intro process change a little... I was in line for about 40 minutes to get my oil changed, only to find out after I pull in the bay and half the truck was inspected that the oil they needed for my truck was out of stock. Seems simple to have someone check stock when you arrive so you're not wasting patrons time. I'd assume that with your systems, you could likely have the computer send out a red flag about product stock once the vehicle is scanned? An employee scanned my vehicle within the first five minutes of my arrival. I politely pointed out this issue to hardly any response from the staff. I understand criticism is hard to receive, just sharing my experience with you so hopefully this little change in process can reclaim time for patrons down the road. thanks,JD

The oil I wanted was gone. I would hope they would do something since they ran out to keep me from having to spend an additional $35 for oil I didnu2019t want, but was offered nothing. The oil had already been drained out of my car before I was told. So I felt I had no choice. I would have waited and come back another day.
