The oil change itself? Not a problem. But twice now, they have left panels on my undercarriage unhooked, and I've lost money because I figured out on the highway that they were dragging on the ground. This last time, I managed to get to another Valvoline to have them re-hook the panels, but there was some damage.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry to hear about the issues with the undercarriage panels after your oil change. Please contact us at ccsocial@valvoline.com and share your VIN so we can address this matter further.
