I was greeted by Valvoline members as soon as I arrived, even though I was the 2nd car in line. They asked what I came in for and it was for an oil change, but they checked all the levels of my other fluids which I appreciate. I let them know that I only wanted an oil change and I had all the other fluids at home. Once the car in front of me was done, they got started and got my truck done in about 15 to 20 minutes.

The staff is very friendly and informative. As a woman, I know the likelihood of me getting recommended services that are not needed is much higher but I am more knowledgeable than most of cars because my dad is a mechanic and taught me well. They did not recommend anything that I didn’t need and explained everything thoroughly and accurately I believe they have a lot of integrity. I am highly satisfied.
