The staff were fine! Though I did feel a bit rushed, which I know Valvoline is supposed to be fast- but I was the only one there, even when I first pulled up. I typically go to Express where they air my tires and fill my windshield wiper fluid, neither of which were done at this Valvoline location. Again, itu2019s my first time at Valvoline so maybe this is standard procedure- but if that is the case, Express Oil Change is cheaper and more convenient. I noticed my tire pressure was marked u201ccheckedu201d and u201cokayu201d on the invoice, but my tire light is still on. I also noticed my windshield wiper fluid was marked u201ccheckedu201d and u201cokayu201d on the invoice, but I donu2019t think it was. Iu2019ve been having problems with the fluid not coming out and was hoping they would tell me why. I wanted to ask- but again felt a bit rushed and got out quickly. Otherwise, staff was very friendly and informative.
