This is the first Valvoline where everything went right and I only get my oil changed at vioc. No wait, greeted nicely, conversation was polite, employees (even the new trainee) understood and politely acknowledged my questions. I will gladly go back to this vioc. Hopefully they don’t get burnt out like the other ones around where everyone is not focused and scattered. Give these guys a raise and keep them at this shop. We need a place like this round this fast growing area. Thanks
