Excellent customer service. Efficient. They didn't have a correct filter, but had a staff person picking up parts, so the manager called him and added my part to the list. I only waited about 15 minutes. What they may not have seen is that, before delivering parts to their office, the delivery person first gave the part for my car to the mechanic working on it. That may seem like a little thing, but to me it showed excellent service.The only thing I would change is actually having someone explain costs to me before working on my car.Except for this detail, my experience was perfect..... really perfect.
