Without the invoice in front of me I can’t say for sure exactly what was and wasn’t done, but I do know for certain that my truck has more than two lubrication points. Other things that the invoice said was checked was not actually checked. The guy putting the oil in the engine spilled oil all over it and didn’t even put the cap on tightly. The quality of service gets worse and worse. The stores used to be a good place to go, but they’re all the same now. I suppose it’s like many other places. Good help is difficult to find and no one wants to work for their paycheck anymore.

I traveled to this location vs the one in my neighborhood because of the excellence service. This location is adult men and not young adults that lack customer service skills. These men can make eye contact and talk in clear sentences and don't spill oil all over the under the hood. The manager Phil was wonderful we talked family while I waited.
