Darrius was and is the reason I will tell everyone I know to go there for service and why I will go back there everytime I need a service you offer. He was quick to acknowledge I was there, was very personable, welcoming and a great customer service agent. I understand he is the manager and I was not surprised to learn that, he deserves that and is what all your employees should emulate! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, you dont get that now a days with customer service. You need to give him a bonus, a raise or salary increase, keep him !!
