As a VW owner my experience at my last oil change was far and above better than ever before. I use exclusively valvoline but this location has a calm confidence I had never experienced before. Truthfully this location is further away for me but I’ll go there from now on, or as long as that manager is there. Thanks for reminding me it is possible to get great service and it’s so refreshing when you’re not expecting it.

So I’ve started going to Valvoline and it’s because your faster than Jiffy Lube which is where I usually go…but I Susan’s complain and I wouldn’t ordinarily say anything but this last visit was the straw that broke the camels back for me. So what had happen was I went on a previous visit to get my regular budgeted oil and only to be told that..”oh I’m sorry that oil pump is broke so we’re gonna have to give you the next grade up”..so now I’m out of my pocket for your equipment failure 😣 so I let that one go, surely my next visit will be just like they used to be quick and no challenges…not!!
I go to have my oil changed this past weekend and get in and almost ready to leave and pay for my service only to be met with…”oh dear you’ve got cash” 😞 my response yes I do is there a problem? To which the reply was I don’t have any change…I replied and said not really my problem so what to you propose we do?? He then tells me it would really help if I paid another way and I’m like no, this is what I’ve got. He proceeds to go and find me change to which he brings back a $5 dollars in dimes 😱!!!! I could not believe it and maybe I’m making more of than I should but if you didn’t have change you could’ve told me before I received my service and I could’ve went to another Valvoline. Thank you now that’s off my chest and I can move on. 🤗
