The staff should have informed me that there would be a wait time for the delivery of their recommended air filter if I decided to purchase. Appel, one of the employees, made loud obnoxious sounds Insinuating that I was stupid for not choosing to replace the air filter. Eventually I changed my mind and replaced it. The “whoo” noises for all to hear was just simply rude and unnecessary.

The Techs were friendly and greeted us as we pulled in with thier direction. They answered any questions we had about anything. They said bye come again when we were leaving. That is the only place we do our oil changes for now. we may be moving a bit of a distance away but will search for Valvoline there.
