James and the whole crew was very friendly from the start. I had put off getting my oil changed so when I arrived the engine oil was very low. They pointed it out and suggested that I not let it get that low again. My cabin air filter was a pain to get to but they didn't mind checking and changing that. Before I left they noticed a small leak that appeared to be coming from my rear main seal. James cleaned and sprayed the area and suggested that purchase a product to fix it but to come back in a few days so that he can check the area again. I have been coming to vavoline for all my oil changes for years. Today I almost went somewhere else but the value and efficiency is always here. This trip ensured me that I made the right choice.

Philip was the manager and was very nice but upon leaving, I questioned whether they checked my air filter because I know they normally do and nobody ever showed me anything outside of the level of my oil. I will run to NAPA and grab an air filter but I do believe that is one of the tasks performed and nobody ever presented that to me. Not a big deal but I just know the normal regiment and I question that afterwards cuz I don't know when I changed it last
