William, Assistant Manager helped me today and he was so very helpful and walked me through everything. And the whole staff was very kind, and polite. As a Lady, trying to take care of my vehicle, It was very encouraging and helped me have a piece of mind that I was taking care of properly. Overall an very very GOOD experience. The staff should have informed me that there would be a wait time for the delivery of their recommended air filter if I decided to purchase. Appel, one of the employees, made loud obnoxious sounds Insinuating that I was stupid for not choosing to replace the air filter. Eventually I changed my mind and replaced it. The “whoo” noises for all to hear was just simply rude and unnecessary.
