When I arrived at this location to get my oil changed, the standard multipoint inspection was not performed. The only thing that they did other than the oil change, they checked my engine air filter and refilled my windshield wiper fluid. At no time were my lights, turn signals, and brake lights checked. Also my battery was never checked either. In essence all they did was change the oil on my vehicle. If I’m paying for a service to be performed, I expect that service to be performed. When I made mention that this was not performed to the assistant manager, who was working in the very next bay he acted very nonchalant about it. Because of this issue I will NEVER return to this location. I have oil changes done on my two vehicles every couple months due to the fact that I am an Uber driver and put tens of thousands of miles on my vehicles every year. The associate that should have been performing these checks on my vehicle was more concerned with being on his personal phone to schedule a tow for another active employee. Apparently the employee had a vehicle that needed repair at his residence. I understand that life occurs outside of the workplace, but at the same time the forward facing customer should be taken care of first.
