Came in for an AC recharge. It "failed" twice". I came in with a weak system. I left with NO system.I called and was told I would be getting a call back from the "Area Manager", That was on the 3rd. Today it was the 8th and I had to call again. I got a call from the "ACTING" Area Manager. It appears that "I" was all wrong and I said that since I have been bringing my Jeep to you since 2015 I am ready to end this relationship. He did not know the numbers for AC recharge nor AC service. I used a "Potty Mouth" word and he ended the call.

The staff were incredibly helpful and described everything my car needed and their opinion on what they'd have done if my car were theirs. It was incredibly hot outside and a staff member offered me a very tasty electrolyte popsicle! It was delicious and made my day! I had a lot done to my car so, it took a lil while. I had great conversations with the staff. I felt more like a friend as opposed to a customer. I will definitely be going back to the clarksville TN. Location for all my automotive needs!
