The gentlemen there were a pleasure! They seemed to really be enjoying their job, they were smiling, laughing, joking and I love to see that! When your employees feel good they do phenomenal work. They were super sweet and kind and explained everything to me. They were super knowledgeable and even helped me with recommendations for an issue they couldn’t necessarily fix on site but they pointed me in the right direction. Everyone I interacted with was very nice. My issue is after I left the from my oil change I was heading down the interstate and all of a sudden the metal plate underneath my car started dragging. I immediately called them and told them and the mad said sorry about that he must of forgot to bolt it back up and told me to go to the closest valvoline and they will fix it. I got to the one on willma Rudolph and it was so twisted up they had to take it off totally. I call back the one I originally went to to let him know that it was to messed up so he said he will order a new one. The gentleman was nice and accommodating. Whoever is underneath the cars should be more careful and caring for customers cars. I spent 80 dollars to have my car torn up and my kids scared to death for what happened to us.
