First when I drove in, they were ready to get to work on my car. They explained the different oil and the different life of each. After checking everything, he presented a part that needed to be changed, which I did. Mainly because of the price. My husband usually change it. The whole staff was as friendly as I remembered them being. years ago. I thank God for returning to the most friendly people in town.

I needed a quick oil change, and wasn't sure if I should have gone to a Dodge dealership or an oil change service station. (I just moved here.) It was my first time ever using this service. The young man Abriam was very kind and helpful. He introduced his manager as Miss Jamie, and she was working on the front of my car. She was helpful and nice, as well. I heard another person in the back helping, and it was Ethan. The overall experience was quick and professional. They did give me the option of getting my air filter changed, but I said I was going to wait until I returned to Illinois (in October) to get it done. There was no pressure at all. Great experience, overall. I will definitely return.

I continue to come back to this Valvoline for their professionalism and expertise. I went to the Valvoline on Dover Rd in Clarksville TN, because it was closer to a job site. After the employee at 307 Dover Rd, Clarksville, TN 37042 Valvoline, around 1:30 to 2:00 on the 21st of August, 2024, gave me attitude for not pulling into a bay without direction or guidance, I left immediately. I finished my business for the day and drove across town to the Valvoline on 301 Tiny Town Rd, Clarksville, TN 37042, at 3:45 on the 21st of August, 2024. I got the same professional service I received for years. I will come to the Tiny Town Valvoline for service so long as I can drive and the Tiny Town Valvoline exists.
