Store did not open til 8:15, undern staffed. only 2 people working, worked had but slow.

My daughter left and called me and said her skid plate was hanging down and vibrating after an oil change at this location. I called the shop and they had us bring it back. The manager looked me in my eye and said they have kits with specific screws for our car and they tightened everything up and it was secure. We got home and looked at it and they had zip tied the skid plate. I immediately called Valvoline corporate and filed a claim and they said a district manager would call me within 48 hours. I've since called back 5 times and it's been 2 months and I've yet to get a call back. The customer service line says "they don't have the DMs phone number to give to me". Not only were they not honest about the"fix" the management will not call you back to make it right.
