The staff was extremely nice and explained what needed to be done. The service was completed in a timely manner even though there were cars in line waiting to be serviced. I understand I am paying not only for a good oil change but also the convenience of not having to wait for 3 hours to get my oil changed. I just wish it wasn't as expensive. other than that, I had a very pleasant experience.

Friendly, helpful, thorough and explained things as well as answered my questions in a way that a non-car person would understand. Their work ethic and outstanding service was beyond the top!
