Scammed!! I was presented the opportunity to upgrade to a full synthetic oil change and stated clearly NO. I wanted the same oil that I received during my last oil change. They emailed me my receipt which is convenient, but I later checked it and they charged me for the full synthetic oil change that I declined. I called the phone number for the business and was reassured I would receive a refund of the difference. This was over a week ago and I have yet to receive a call from the manager or receive the refund I was promised. I have been in customer service over 25 years and this is unacceptable. When a customer declines a service you abide by their request. I don't even know at this point what oil is really in my vehicle and that is upsetting and disturbing. The young man that scammed me wears glasses, if that helps anyone avoid this happening to them in the future. This is really sad because I was excited to have a female managed service shop complete my oil changes. My entire family went here, but we will never again.
