I went here today to get a mich needed oil change for my car. When I arrived there were already 3 cars in the bays and 2 cars waiting in lanes 1 and 2. I sat back for a minute but felt I was in the way of anyone else coming in so since lane 3 had no one waiting I pulled into that spot. Immediately, one of the technicians waved her arm from the bay area signaling me to get out/or back out so I did. I just went back to where I was and patiently waited for someone to come and direct me where I needed to go. I watched 2 cars come in from the other side and go into lane 3. Both cars that were waiting when I arrived were in the bays. Not one person came and spoke to me while I was sitting there. I was afraid to move to a spot in fear of being waved out of that spot as well. I waited for about a half hour before I just decided to leave. I had 2 toddlers in the back seat who were losing their patience and so was I. I understand that they were busy but someone could have at least acknowledged that I was sitting there and just took a quick second to come and direct me where to go.

The coupon, advertised from their company didn't work and I had to pay more than advertised. My other experiences have been positive and the technician tried to be helpful, but i felt the original coupon really should have been honored. Particularly as it was easy to find on Valvoline's corporate Facebook once I left even. It felt like the technician was offended by my challenging his not honoring the coupon and, while helping somewhat, did not completely consider all that could have been done to meet the original offer. In the end, I felt forced to pay a higher cost than I expected. I did mention the coupon when I first arrived. I feel like they should have checked it then. Especially as he told me that this was a known issue and there had been many frustrated customers before me. I feel like that should have informed the shop to caution customers, arriving with coupons, that the shop may be unable to honor all advertised offers. My "would not recommend" is based on that experience. Other aspects of the visit were just fine.
