Have mixed feelings on the service. I was satisfied with the employees but very disappointed in the management. They pulled out my filter that I had recently purchased through y’all and the filter was disfigured so I asked them to replace it the worker said let me talk to manager. Well he came back and said we can give u a discount which was unacceptable. Explained I didn’t create the problem and needs to be taken care of. Manager came out didn’t say a word to me told his worker to let me have it. Then manager started acting like he was angry about it grabbed the old filtering it in trash can kicked something that was in his way and never addressed me.
